Weekend Practices

Don't forget practice starts tomorrow morning at 6:30 a.m. Workouts for Friday and Monday will be on your own and as follows:


10 min warm-up jog
10x30 seconds hard (30 seconds rest)
Stretch cool down

10 min warm-up jog
10x1 minute hard (1 minute rest)

4 sets of leg blasters

Stretch to cool down

Have a great break and enjoy some free time with your family and friends!
