We will be holding VOLUNTARY practices 3-4 times per week until the Christmas Break to jump start your training and metabolism before you eat your body weight in fudge this holiday season. Note: These are voluntary. I will meet with the distance runners on Monday and Wednesday, and the Sprinters Tuesday and Thursday.
OFFICIALLY PRACTICE BEGINS THE DAY WE RETURN FROM CHRISTMAS BREAK. MAKE SURE YOU HAVE ALL OF YOUR PAPERWORK IN SO YOU CAN HAVE ENOUGH PRACTICES TO PARTICIPATE IN THE FIRST MEET @ USU
