Mountain Athlete Seminar

Some of you have been wondering how to do leg-blasters. Here is a video showing how its done. I spent the weekend with the Mountain Athlete folks and have a bunch of fun stuff to share! I know you can't hardly wait. Any time you can do things like Mr. Spectacular, Turkish Get-Ups, Barbell Complex, Ankles to Bar, and Dumbell Crawls...well you know it's going to hurt.
Any time a gym's motto is...
RELISH THE WORK. ENJOY THE SWEAT. WELCOME THE PAIN...well, you know its going to be good
