UHSTCA Meet- Taylorsville, UT

We will be leaving for Taylorsville this Friday at 3:45 p.m. You will need to provide your own dinner. Below is a note from the Meet Director and a schedule of events.

UHSTCA INVITATIONAL State Qualifying Track and Field Invitational March 28, 2007 at Taylorsville High School Entry Fee: $5.00 per athlete per event and $10.00 for each relay ($65.00 maximum per team or $125.00 boys/girls maximum). $2.00 per spectator. Coaches passes will be accepted. Awards: Medals will be given to the top Six Finishers in individual events and first place teams in the relays. Team Trophies will be given to the Meet Champions and Runners-up. An Outstanding Female and Male Award will also be presented. Surface: World Class Mondo Track. Please note the only 1/4" (or shorter) pyramid spikes can be used. No Christmas Trees, pins or needles will be allowed on the track surface (spikes will be checked at bullpen and starting line). Shot Put and Discus rings are concrete. Javelin runway is grass. Pole Vault, High Jump and Long Jump runways are Mondo Surface. General Meet Information 1. Pre-entries with Runnercard.com by March 26th at noon. All heats will be seeded with fastest entered times running in the later heats. Field events will also be seeded with the top entered marks competing in the later flights.

8:00 a.m. Coaches meeting Northwest corner of stadium bleachers (bullpen).
8:00 a.m. Morning weigh-in Northwest end of stadium in front of Track Shed.

The meet director has set qualifying marks for the meet. If you are not in the ball park-you will get an early start for spring break. Also please let us know if you will not be attending due to family plans over the break.

Preston Invite- 3/20/09

We are all going to Preston on Friday. The bus will leave at 12:30. Pack your own dinner the meet is at the High School and starts at 3:30 p.m. Below are the order of events.

Parking: East side of stadium. Please stay out of the parking lot south of the field house. A shuttle will run from the baseball stadium on Saturday for fans. Team busses can drop off athletes and equipment at the Field house. Busses can park on 15th Street across from the UW ticket office.
